The Compound

The Eponymous Garden compound is composed of three bungalows and an 1880’s Victorian farmhouse in a fenced compound full of gardens, patios, trails and a spa. Three of the properties are currently available for vacation rentals. The compound is also available for events, gatherings and parties.

1880’s Victorian Farmhouse

The 1880’s Victorian farmhouse has over 3,000 square feet of living area. There are three enormous bedrooms, all with king-sized beds. One bedroom has a private bath and the two bedrooms in the upstairs suite share a bath and balcony. The entire compound has access to WIFI and there are two bedrooms that have televisions with expanded cable. There is a large living room/gallery space, with unique furniture, rotating artwork displays featuring local artists and a grand piano. The spacious kitchen has marble counter tops, all appliances and utensils and adjoins a spacious dining room which has ten windows overlooking the gardens. A laundry room and half-bath are accessible from the kitchen. The Victorian has a covered front porch and covered wrap-around back porch, both of which are perfect for relaxing, chatting, sipping a drink or just watching the world go by.

Upstairs Suite

Two huge 18'x14' rooms with a shared slate bathroom (shower only), king-sized pillow top mattress, shared balcony (w/skyline view), wireless internet, all-cotton bedding and towels, locking door. (West Bedroom has TV/Cable).

Garden Bungalow

The Garden Bungalow was remodeled in 2007 and is 816 square feet with a covered front porch and spacious back deck. There are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, that share a bathroom with a walk-in tile shower that includes a bench. The kitchen, dining and living area are all open to each other, which makes for an inviting, light-filled and airy space to share with your guests during your stay. There is WIFI available and the living room has a television with expanded cable. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils and the back deck has a gas grill. There is a small stack washer and dryer for your use. The gardens and spa are available for all guests to enjoy.

Waller Bungalow

The Waller Bungalow was remodeled in Fall 2010 and is 816 square feet with a covered front porch and a beautiful furnished back patio. There are two bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed). The bathroom is tiled with travertine and has a walk-in shower with seat. The kitchen, dining and living area are all open to each other. There is wifi and expanded cable TV. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils needed for cooking. There is a gas grill on the back patio. There is a large stack washer/dryer and plenty of closet space. The gardens and spa are available for all guests to enjoy.

The Gardens and Spa

The gardens at Eponymous Garden have a wide variety of blooming plants and greenery all year long. From the abundant paper whites in winter to the crape myrtles in the heat of the summer to the oxblood lilies in the fall, there is always something to look at to enjoy during your stay. Nestled in the garden among the patios and trails is a spa/hot tub which can seat up to five people.
